Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a one-night room charge in British Pounds (£).
If you wish to change your check-in or check-out dates, please contact our concierge or reservation team at least 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Date changes are subject to room availability and seasonal rate differentials.
Reservations booked under promotional, special event, or non-refundable rate categories are strictly non-amendable and non-refundable upon booking confirmation.
Failure to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification will be treated as a "No-Show," resulting in the forfeiture of the total deposit or full payment for the reserved stay.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment card within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your respective banking institution.
